Prime Day began three years ago, July 15th 2015, the anniversary of the original founding of Amazon by its CEO Jeff Bezos. In 2017 Amazon Prime Day was big; numbers more than doubled from 2016.

The annual flash sale has showcased across the UK media - from print to TV; Amazon Prime Day has arrived.

 An abundance of deals on everything from household goods to electricals, beauty, grooming, essential parent and baby buys, gardening gear, clothes, toys and furniture.

The online retail giant's annual flash sales event will last 36 hours, beginning midday Monday 16th and running a day and a night, lasting until midnight on Tuesday July 17.

Prime delivery is Wednesday 18th onwards; final mile, last mile in summer heatwave for home delivery prime peak 2018.
